Why it matters

Professional Business Team Shirts That Strengthen Your Brand

A customer decides whether your business looks credible long before anyone speaks. Branded team shirts answer that question for you.

When your staff wear company logo shirts, three things happen at once. Customers know instantly who works there and who to approach. Your logo travels wherever your team goes — a delivery driver in Bow, an engineer on site in Canary Wharf, a stand crew at ExCeL. And your team looks like a team rather than a group of individuals who happen to share a building.

That consistency is worth more than most businesses expect. Corporate team shirts remove the daily question of what to wear, cut down on dress-code conversations, and give new starters something tangible on day one. For customer-facing roles, a clean branded uniform shirt tends to raise trust before a word is exchanged.

Quality is what separates a uniform people wear willingly from one that sits in a locker. We print and embroider on garments chosen for weight, colour retention and shape after repeated washing, then finish them so the branding lasts as long as the shirt. Getting that right is the whole point of premium business uniform printing.

Decoration methods

Our Printing & Embroidery Services

All four methods are produced in-house in London. Choosing well is the difference between a uniform that lasts two years and one that fades in two months.

Embroidery

Your logo stitched into the fabric with thread. It carries the most authority of any method, never cracks or peels, and outlives the garment. Best for polo shirts, jackets, fleeces and caps, and the default choice for corporate uniform printing where a premium look matters. Ideal for chest logos up to roughly 10cm; very fine detail and colour gradients are better printed.

DTF Printing

Direct to Film transfers full-colour artwork onto almost any fabric — cotton, polyester, blends, dark garments and hi-vis included. Photographic detail, gradients and unlimited colours print cleanly with no setup charge, which makes it the most flexible option for small runs, sample shirts and mixed-fabric staff uniforms.

Screen Printing

Ink pushed through a mesh screen, one colour at a time. Screens cost time to set up, so it earns its place on larger runs — typically 50 shirts and above — where the per-unit cost drops sharply. The finish is soft, the colour is dense and vivid, and it handles large front or back prints better than anything else.

Vinyl Printing

Coloured vinyl cut to shape and heat-pressed onto the garment. Excellent for names, numbers, short text and single-colour logos, and the most economical route when every shirt needs different personalisation — staff names, roles, squad numbers or department labels.

Production and delivery

We print or embroider, quality-check every piece, then deliver UK-wide or hold for collection in Poplar.

Staff onboarding. Keeping a small buffer of common sizes means a new starter is in uniform on their first morning instead of their third week. We store your approved artwork and embroidery file so top-ups match the original exactly.

Rebranding. New logo, new colours, or a merger — we produce test pieces first so you can see the mark on fabric before committing the full order, then phase the rollout across sites.

Exhibitions and conferences. Stand crews are easier to spot in matching branded team shirts. Tell us the show date and we will work back from it. ExCeL, Olympia and Business Design Centre orders are routine for us.

Promotional campaigns. Giveaway tees, launch-day teamwear and sponsored event kit produced at volume pricing, with screen printing bringing the unit cost down sharply once you pass 50 pieces.

Garment range

Business Clothing We Print

Most businesses build a uniform from two or three of these — a core shirt for daily wear, a warmer layer, and something for outdoors or events.

Polo shirts remain the most requested business uniform shirt in the UK — smart enough for customer-facing roles, comfortable enough for a full shift, and the ideal surface for embroidered business shirts. Custom staff T-shirts suit warehouses, kitchens, events and warmer months. Hoodies, sweatshirts and fleeces cover early starts and cold sites, while jackets and softshells put your branding on the layer people wear outdoors, where it gets seen most.

Hi-vis clothing, aprons and workwear complete the picture for construction, logistics, cleaning and hospitality teams. Caps finish an outdoor uniform and carry an embroidered logo well. Mixed orders are welcome — a single job can combine embroidered polos, printed tees and hi-vis vests with matching branding across all three.

Business Team Shirt Printing FAQs

How much does business team shirt printing cost in London?

Cost depends on garment, quantity and decoration method. Printed team T-shirts start low and drop further in bulk, while embroidered polo shirts sit higher because stitching takes longer and uses more material. Screen printing becomes the cheapest option per shirt once you pass roughly 50 units. Send your garment list and quantity and you will get itemised tiered pricing, with no setup fee on DTF printing.

What is the minimum order for custom staff shirts?

There is no minimum. We print a single shirt just as readily as a 500-piece uniform rollout. Ordering one first is often the smart move — many businesses buy a sample, check the fit and finish, then place the full order with confidence.

How quickly can I get business uniform shirts printed?

Standard business orders are typically ready in 2–5 working days. Same-day printing is available on many garments when artwork is approved early in the day and stock is in — useful for last-minute events, replacement shirts or a new starter arriving tomorrow. Confirm same-day availability with us before you order.

Should I choose embroidery or printing for company logo shirts?

Choose embroidery for polos, jackets, fleeces and caps where a premium, permanent finish matters — it never cracks or fades. Choose printing for full-colour or detailed logos, large designs, lightweight T-shirts, and any artwork with gradients or photographic elements. Plenty of businesses use both: embroidered polos for customer-facing staff, printed tees for events and warehouse teams.

What file format should I send my logo in?

Vector files are ideal — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG — because they scale to any size without losing quality. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI also works well. If all you have is a low-resolution image or a screenshot from your website, send it anyway; we will tell you honestly whether it will reproduce cleanly and can redraw it where needed.

Do you offer bulk discounts on corporate team shirts?

Yes. Pricing is tiered, so the unit cost falls as quantity rises, with the sharpest savings on screen-printed orders above 50 pieces. Quotes show every tier so you can see what a larger order would save before deciding.

Can you print different names or roles on each shirt?

Yes. Individual staff names, job titles, departments and numbers can be added alongside your main logo. Vinyl printing is usually the most economical method for personalisation, and it pairs well with an embroidered chest logo on the same garment.

Will you send a proof before printing?

Always. You receive a visual proof showing your logo at the correct size and position on the actual garment colour, and nothing enters production until you approve it. The artwork check that goes with it is free and includes flagging any resolution or colour problems we spot.

How long does the branding last on business shirts?

Embroidery lasts the lifetime of the garment. Quality DTF and screen prints hold up well beyond 50 washes when cared for correctly: wash inside out at 30°C, avoid tumble drying on high heat, and never iron directly over the print. Care guidance goes out with every business order.

Do you deliver outside London?

Yes — we deliver business team shirts across the UK on tracked services, from single items to multi-box uniform orders, and can split a single order across several branch addresses. London customers can also collect directly from our Poplar workshop at 270 Teviot Street, E14 6QS.
