Can Your Polo Shirts Be Ready Today?

Many orders can be printed and collected the same day, but it depends on:

• When you order: earlier in the day gives us the best chance of finishing today.
• Your artwork: a clean logo file can go straight into production; artwork that needs redrawing takes longer.
• The method: printing is usually quicker than embroidery, which needs your logo converted into a stitch file first.
• Quantity and placements: a few left-chest logos are quicker than large runs with front, back and sleeve prints.
• Stock: the style, colour and sizes must be available on the day.

If today isn’t possible, we’ll tell you straight away and give you the earliest realistic date. Next-day UK delivery is available for eligible orders.

Where Can Your Logo Go?

You can combine placements, and each shirt can carry a different name or number. Send a numbered list of names and sizes with your order so every shirt is matched correctly.

Embroidered or Printed Polo Shirts?

Both look professional. The right choice depends on your logo, how the shirts will be used and your deadline.

• Embroidery: stitched thread with a raised, textured finish. Usually the longest-lasting option and the classic choice for staff uniforms. Best for bold logos and short text; very fine detail and gradients don’t stitch well. Same-day embroidery is often possible for simple left-chest logos on smaller orders.
• DTF printing: your design is printed onto film and heat-pressed onto the shirt. Handles full-colour logos, gradients and detail on light or dark polos, and suits urgent orders.
• Vinyl: cut from solid-colour sheets. Sharp and clean for names, numbers and one or two-colour text.
• Screen printing: bold, solid colour that becomes good value on larger runs of one design. It needs screens made first, so it is less suited to same-day orders.

Choosing the Right Polo Shirt

Most of our same-day range is polycotton, a polyester and cotton blend that keeps its shape and colour through regular washing and works with every decoration method. That makes it the usual choice for workwear and uniforms.

• Lighter, everyday staff polos: the Polycotton 180, Pioneer 190 and Classic 190.
• Heavier, smarter polos: the R539M Classic 215 and Precision 240, which feel more substantial for client-facing roles.
• School and club polos: the AWDis Academy range in kids’ and senior sizes.
• Sports and active roles: the AWDis Cool Contrast polo, a moisture-wicking polyester style with contrast trims.

How to Order

1. Choose your polo shirt, colours, sizes and quantity. If you need same-day collection, contact us first so we can check stock.
2. Tell us the method and placement: embroidery or print, and where each design goes.
3. Send your artwork through the quote form. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are best, especially for embroidery. For printing, a 300dpi PNG with a transparent background also works.
4. Approve your proof. We send a digital proof showing the size, position and colours. Nothing is produced until you approve it.
5. We produce your order once it is approved and paid.
6. Collect or receive it: collect from 270 Teviot Street, London E14 6QS, or choose tracked UK delivery.

What Affects the Price?

There is no single price, because it depends on the polo shirt, quantity, method, the number of placements, logo size and stitch count for embroidery, personalisation, and delivery.
