Orders & Payment

• All orders must be paid in full before production begins.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
• Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Artwork & Approval

• Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, print-ready, and final artwork.
• A digital proof may be provided upon request. Printing will only begin once the customer approves the proof.
• We are not liable for errors in artwork supplied by the customer.

Order Quantity & Delivery

• Minimum and maximum order quantities may apply depending on the product type.
• Large or bulk orders may require additional production time.
• We aim to provide same-day or next-day printing within London and across the UK.
• Delivery times may vary depending on order size, stock availability, and courier performance.
  
• Delays caused by third-party couriers or external factors are beyond our control.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotional offers, discounts, or special deals are valid only within the specified period.
• Final prices displayed at checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

 Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided that production has not started.
• Refunds are only issued for defective items or errors directly caused by Print Your Vibe.
• Custom and personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Quality & Sizing

• We strive to deliver the highest possible quality prints.
• Minor colour variations may occur due to garment materials or screen differences.
• We are not responsible for sizing issues where incorrect details were provided by the customer.

Design & Copyright

• Customers confirm they hold the necessary rights or permissions for any designs, logos, or artwork submitted.
  
• Print Your Vibe reserves the right to refuse any order that infringes copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property.
• By submitting a design, customers grant Print Your Vibe the right to reproduce the design solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

Out-of-Stock Items

• If an item is unavailable, customers will be contacted with alternatives or an estimated restock date.
• Customers may choose to wait for restock, replace the item, or request a refund.
• With customer approval, we may substitute an out-of-stock item with a comparable product of equal or greater value.

Inconvenient Circumstances

• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, courier strikes, supply chain disruptions, or technical issues.
• Customers will be notified of such circumstances, and alternative solutions will be discussed if possible.

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability for any claim related to an order is strictly limited to the value of that order.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
