  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are only provided for items that are defective, damaged, or if there has been a printing error on our part.

    • To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the issue.

  2. Non-Refundable Items

    • Because all orders are custom-printed, we cannot offer refunds for:

      • Incorrect sizing if the order was printed as specified.

      • Errors in artwork or text that were approved during the proofing process.

      • Change of mind after printing has begun.

  3. Process for Refunds

    • If your item is eligible for a refund, we will either reprint it free of charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

    • Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process after approval.

  4. Cancellations

    • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, unless printing has already started.
