Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only provided for items that are defective, damaged, or if there has been a printing error on our part.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos showing the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
Because all orders are custom-printed, we cannot offer refunds for:
Incorrect sizing if the order was printed as specified.
Errors in artwork or text that were approved during the proofing process.
Change of mind after printing has begun.
Process for Refunds
If your item is eligible for a refund, we will either reprint it free of charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process after approval.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, unless printing has already started.
