What Is Custom Embroidery?
Custom embroidery stitches your logo or design directly into the fabric using thread and a computerised embroidery machine. Your artwork is first converted into a stitch file (called digitising), then stitched onto the garment. The result is a raised, textured finish that looks premium and lasts the life of the garment.
Because the design is stitched rather than printed, embroidery will not peel or crack. It is the first choice for staff uniforms, corporate wear, caps and anything that needs a professional, high-end look.

Popular Uses for Embroidery
Artwork Guidelines
- Vector files work best: AI, EPS, SVG or PDF. High-resolution PNG or JPG files are also accepted.
- Bold, simple logos stitch most cleanly.
- Very small text and fine lines may need adjusting, and we will advise during digitising.
- Tell us your thread colours, or Pantone references if you have them.
Caring for Embroidery
- Wash inside out at 30–40°C.
- Avoid bleach, which can fade thread colours.
- Tumble dry on low, or line dry.
- Iron on the reverse side, placing a cloth over the embroidery.
